    Skills

As a dedicated occupational therapist, Kristin has accumulated experience in neuro-rehabilitation, particularly in spinal cord injury, brain injury, and movement disorders. Her journey in healthcare has taken her across various settings, from the Shirley Ryan Ability Lab in Chicago to the Craig Hospital here in Colorado and around the globe. After several years in the mid-west, Kristin took her career to East Africa where she worked to establish rehabilitation clinics and inclusive programs with companies in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, and Rwanda. This invaluable experience broadened her perspective and deepened her commitment to holistic well-being.

    Philosophy

“I am a firm believer in the core of occupational therapy: Doing, Being, Becoming, & Belonging. We gain meaning from who we are, who we are in a relationship with, what we do, and who we are becoming. I appreciate a holistic approach to occupational therapy, aiming not only for physical recovery but also for fostering holistic wellness and engagement in meaningful occupations. Through personalized session, I strive to understand each individual’s unique challenges and create tailored treatment plans that empower them to live fulfilling lives.”
